Rock N Roll half

The town Dallas, TX - the time is here! It is time for the Rock n Roll half Marathon. We will be doing it this Sunday. Hope we are ready. with the past couple weeks having some family health issues - my training has slacked off a bit. But I know we can do it - and we do not have to be the fastest, we just have to show up! That is the big step is showing up! Team TKD will be there for sure. Doing packet pickup at the Expo - you can still sign up at the Expo so get in and do it!
